About Me
Hi! I'm Carrie Lenora
LMT MA.61640306, RCST®, RYT-200

I am the owner and founder of Woven Healing Arts. As a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Registered Yoga Instructor, I'm deeply committed to enhancing well-being for myself, my clients and the greater community. My practices are rooted in approaches proven to soothe and regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and cultivate healing.

After several years of commercial fishing in Alaska I noticed the wear and tear that was happening to my body and my mind. I began the transition from a career in fishing to the healing arts with a Yoga training in Whitefish, MT. My tutor Jodi Petlin at Shanti Yoga Studio was a huge inspiration for me on my journey and my time in the Yoga studio was a significant stepping stone to my bodywork practice.

The heartbreaking loss of a beloved partner led me to study Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in Bellingham, WA at the Human Development Center. Studying, receiving and practicing in the cranial field helped me move through the crests and troughs of the grief experience with more tenderness and ease. It was a healing balm for my soul and a compass in the often turbulent and disorienting grief-scape of life after loss.

Shortly after completing the two-year craniosacral therapy program I began massage training at the Port Townsend School of Massage. I learned so much through this program and am thrilled to be offering therapeutic touch in this way. I am now fully retired from commercial fishing and am so thankful for my clients, the wonderful friends I've met along the way, and the personal growth and healing that has come from doing this work.

When not in the studio, I find rejuvenation in the vast beauty of the natural world. I love swimming in warm water, snowboarding, surfing, foraging for wild edibles, and basking in the summer sunshine. I also find joy in writing, reading, making art and music, gardening, and spending quality time with loved ones.
