I teach dynamic classes that incorporate breath work, flow-style asana, and short meditations. My goal is to weave authentic Yogic tradition into each class session, helping you ground your body, find ease in movement, quiet your mind, and improve concentration. I work with individuals of all ages and abilities, always dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are. Yoga is for everyone, and I'm here as an ally and guide on your Yogic path.

"Join me for a Vinyasa Flow class where we synchronize breath with movement.  We'll explore a variety of flow-style asanas, linking postures together to build heat (tapas) and cultivate both strength and flexibility. My aim is to weave authentic Yogic tradition into each class, helping you to not only improve physical agility but also to expand your awareness and deepen your relationship with your authentic Self.  We'll conclude with a short meditation to integrate your practice. This class is designed to meet you exactly where you are, regardless of your experience level."
